1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing the thoster website or enrolling in any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms form a contract between you and thoster.
2. Our services
thoster provides professional business training and career coaching, including career strategy, leadership development, professional skills and career transition support. Programmes are delivered through live coaching sessions, structured curriculum content and practical assignments. Specific deliverables for each programme are set out on our pricing page and in your enrolment confirmation.
3. Enrolment and eligibility
To enrol you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in the United Kingdom. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an enquiry or enrolment. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment where we believe a programme is not suitable for your circumstances.
4. Fees and payment
- Programme fees are published on our pricing page and confirmed at enrolment. Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable UK VAT where relevant.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Annual plans are billed once per year and offer a 30% discount versus monthly billing.
- Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
5. Cancellation and refund
- 7-day money-back guarantee: If you cancel within seven days of starting any programme, we will refund 100% of fees paid, no questions asked.
- Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made.
- Annual plans: You may request a pro-rata refund for any full unused months remaining after cancellation, less reasonable administrative costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Your responsibilities
To get the most from a thoster programme, you agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice to reschedule.
- Complete assignments and engage honestly with your coach.
- Treat coaches, staff and other clients with respect.
- Not share programme materials outside your own use or reproduce them commercially.
7. Intellectual property
All programme content — including curriculum, workbooks, templates, recordings and written materials — is owned by thoster and protected by UK copyright law. You may use materials for your own personal development but may not redistribute, resell or publicly share them without written permission.
8. Use of our website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.
- Scrape, copy or republish content without permission.

9. No guarantee of outcomes
While our programmes are designed to support career progression, we do not guarantee any specific outcome such as promotion, salary increase or new employment. Results depend on your individual effort, market conditions and circumstances outside our control. Our published statistics reflect averages across past clients and are not a promise of future results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, thoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a programme shall not exceed the fees you have paid us for that programme in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Changes to services and terms
We may update our programme content, pricing and these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
