1. Our commitment
thoster is committed to ensuring that our website and coaching services are accessible to all professionals, including those with disabilities. We actively work to meet the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA level.
2. What we do
- Design pages with clear headings, readable colour contrast and scalable text that works up to 200% zoom.
- Provide keyboard navigation across all interactive elements, including forms and the lead form modal.
- Label all form fields clearly and surface validation errors inline with descriptive text.
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes so screen readers can interpret our content correctly.
- Ensure all inline illustrations are decorative or accompanied by accessible text alternatives.
- Support reduced-motion preferences by disabling non-essential animations where requested.
3. Reporting an issue
If you experience any difficulty accessing our website or services, please tell us. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will work to resolve issues promptly. Contact us at:

4. Coaching delivery
Our coaching is delivered online and in person. We provide session recordings with captions on request, written materials in accessible formats, and reasonable adjustments for clients with disabilities — including extended assignment deadlines, alternative communication methods and assistive technology compatibility. Tell your coach what you need and we will accommodate it wherever possible.
5. Third-party content
Our website embeds a Google Maps iframe for location information. While we choose embeds carefully, we do not control the accessibility of third-party interfaces. If you cannot access the map, please contact us directly for directions and address details.
6. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review our website regularly, listen to feedback, and make improvements as part of our normal development cycle. This statement will be updated as our services evolve.
